The shuttle movement is given by horngear rotation while the shuttle direction is controlled by dedicated track sensor. Precise braid is guaranteed by plc controlled synchronized servo drive. The haul-off with automatic opening-closing and clamping force detection provides a smooth process.

High-tech multi-wire spiraling machines for the manufacture of high and extreme high pressure hoses on flexible or rigid mandrels. The spiraling concept is based on compact decks with limited number of carriers, loaded with multiple wires each. This concept makes the spiraling process extremely reliable and keeps the hose quality stable even with larger diameters. 

The overlay of reinforcing wires at a constant tensioning force with highest precision is given by the combination of the special brake system on each carrier and the synchronous servo drive between spiraling decks and traction device. The curl preforming results exceptionally good due to the special wire guide and preformer tooling for each diameter.

Wrapping-unwrapping machines for the application and removal of the curing tape in concentric or eccentric design. Synchronous servo drive with automatic pitch control ensures precise wrapping, also at very low tensioning forces, for best performance.

Our bobbin winders perform a very precise spooling which is mandatory for high-quality braiding or spiraling. The machines are built to guarantee constant tension control of the wires to achieve maximum catenary precision. The electronic brake machines are equipped with load-cells in closed-loop control on each creel while the mechanical type machines feature brake cams. The spooling unit with synchronized servo drive and software control of the machine parameters ensure highest precision.

We engineer and produce complete equipment for the blow-out of flexible mandrels and proof test of hoses. An expandable coiler helps to ease mandrel detachment while the dedicated clamps keep the hose ends safe. Proof-test is performed by a high-pressure plunger pump unit combined with an air pump for very high test pressures. The highly reliable system ensures an excellent performance for fast and efficient mandrel blow-out and precise proof-test in multiple phases. Each cycle phase is controlled by a dedicated software with recipe data management, graph functions and automatic test report.

The extraction cell design is customizable and can incorporate additional equipment for automated hose handling or more functions.
