Traversing Mandrel Production Lines
Continuous hose manufacture on traversing mandrel lines ensure highest production output and great efficiency. We engineer and supply full production plants in customized layout. The production line includes multiple in-line rotating heads for rubber and fabric wrapping, helix wire reinforcement, cover layer, nylon tape application as well as automated infeed and outfeed handling. Dedicated lines for unwrapping and mandrel extraction can be designed to complete the manufacturing cycle.

Rotating Mandrel Lathes
Hose production on lathes allows maximum manufacturing flexibility, thanks to quick adaption to different sizes and recipes. Our lathes are built for maximum process optimization with semi- (or fully) automized carts, covering a wide range of hose ID and length. Precise application of rubber and fabric reinforcement is guaranteed by the synchronized drive between mandrel rotation and cart motion.

Rigid Mandrel Extraction Lines
We engineer and supply automated machines for the extraction of rigid mandrels. The design varies according to customer need and could either extract the mandrel from the firmly kept hose or pull the hose off from the mandrel. Either solution provides safe and smooth extraction of the mandrel by a PLC controlled, automated process which ensures great constancy and repeatability, concurring in the improvement of the hose quality. These lines can be equipped with a sequence feeder as well as an outfeed rack system.
