Our heavy-duty lathes for large-bore and marine hose production feature a series of dedicated solutions to efficiently apply rubber, fabric as well as helix-wire or cable reinforcement.
The machines are fully custom built to meet all requirements related to hose size, length, weight and type. Despite the typically large size, precision for excellent pitch control and correct application of reinforcement materials are guaranteed by robust mechanical layout and servo controlled drive between mandrel rotation and cart motion.
